Born in Denver, Grace is a fourth generation Coloradoan. Having worked in various Homebuilding, Contracting and Construction companies from privately held commercial contractors and builders to top 10 national publicly traded homebuilding firms, she has found her favorite place to finish out her career: as a businesswoman. Grace leads the overall company operations, land acquisition & development, marketing, risk management & legal matters, construction & customer care, and strategic financial / tax planning. Grace excels at procurement and negotiations and enjoys a challenging contract dialogue with her trade partners from time to time. Grace designs and decorates the model homes exclusively for Covington Homes, so when you visit our Models, you feel right at home. ...Read More Grace and her husband Ron are very philanthropic and give back generously to the community which gave their business the opportunity to grow and thrive. Covington Homes is the St Jude Dream Home Builder of Southern Colorado, building a home at zero cost to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital each year helping to raise over $7.8Million for St Jude. She is a longtime supporter of CASA of the Pikes Peak Region (as an advocate, Board of Directors and past Chair BOD), and is actively engaged in community civics and fundraising for non-profits. Ron spent his early years in the building industry learning every aspect of the business in management and executive positions at the William Lyon Company and Classic Homes. He then founded Estate Homes, which went on to become the Colorado Springs Division of John Laing Homes and remained as President for seven years. Under his leadership, his division was recognized nationally for being among the highest rated homebuilders in the U.S. for overall quality and homebuyer satisfaction. The division he ran built and sold over 1,500 homes in the Pikes Peak region during his tenure. Jason's love of all thing’s nature translated into his interest in Wildlife Biology, and he earned his Bachelors of Science in Wildlife and Fisheries from Texas A&M. After graduation he became a Wildlife Biologist and worked throughout Texas and Oklahoma. However, a unique opportunity arose for Jason to become a warranty manager for a homebuilding company in Dallas and he jumped at the opportunity.

Jason quickly rose up through the ranks there, and within the first year started managing his own communities as a project manager. From there he became a manager of multiple communities and field supervisors. His stellar performance at this building company caused trade partners to take note and from there he was referred to Meritage Homes of Colorado where he was hired as Project Manager to run multiple communities in the Denver area. Then Jason transferred back to Dallas and became Director of Construction for all Dallas-Fort Worth operations.

But Colorado kept calling Jason and his family back. So, when the opportunity for him to be the Director of Construction for Covington Homes in Colorado Springs arose Jason and his family were quite happy to move back 'home' to Colorado. Jason very much appreciates the opportunity to work for a local privately held Homebuilder/ Developer that values its employees and encourages a culture of team and family. Jason oversees the construction and customer care teams. Covington Homes is happy to have such a great addition to the management team.
